I try to make setting up an appointment with me an easy task, but I do have some rules to help assure that there are no misunderstandings, and to protect my safety (that's not too unreasonable, is it?). For the newbies, it's a little more involved and involves a little more reading, but the time you invest here will pay off in your first ASP experience (even if it's not with me), and every ASP experience thereafter.
