My Portfolio
My old fans may have noticed that I've streamlined my portfolio. I'll still be posting new pics from time to time, and I'll be switching out old pics with new pics, and rotating
pics around. I won't be posting any new pic pages, so everything will wind up on this page. I will post some different pics on my Yahoo Groups, so you may want to consider
joining at least one of my groups if you enjoy naughty pics and such.
All photographs on these pages are protected by copyright law. Any use, duplication, or publication other than personal use will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible by law. All commercial use, duplication, inclusion in any archives, web pages, CD-ROM's, or other medium for commercial gain is subject to usage fees of $500 per photo per day, payable immediately upon use. Usage constitutes agreement to these terms. Violations and failures to pay are prosecutable in civil and criminal courts.
All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
In fulfilling the obligations presented under 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, this website relies on the plain language of the statute and on the well-reasoned decision of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Sundance Assoc. v. Reno, 139 F. 3rd 804 (1998). The Sundance opinion states that 28 C.F.R. Section 75.1(c)(4)(iii) must be stricken as it renders the excluded class of activities set forth in the final part of Section 2257(h)(3) "superfluous," and therefore represents an unconstitutional expansion of the class of persons covered by Section 2257.
